30223 requirements

Postby DLC on Sun May 03, 2009 2:13 pm

Regards, I live in rural area with trees. I would like to Install small antenna if possible, I can install anywhere, what would be a powerful small antenna? I have centralized splitter with amp that was used for cable, for 5 hookups. It worked fine. I would like to set up for Atlanta area but Macon also has channels but about 170 degrees oposite. If complicated, just Atlanta 2-69 will be fine. Any information would be nice. I also wonder If one could utilize cable tv hookups outside the house?
Thank you and have a great day!

Use a Winegard HD-7696P mounted on your roof. aimed north at the Atlanta transmitters. Run your coaxial cable from the antenna to the location where your splitters live, and use a Winegard HDA-200 amplifier in the line BEFORE the splitter. You will see all of the Atlanta stations perfectly with that setup!
