TB-105 Support Bearing

Has any one used a support bearing with a rotor? I purchased an NTE brand TB-105 Support Bearing, but when I opened the box and looked at the bearing there is no grease on them. There is no information other than how to install it on a mast. I was thinking that it should have some grease on the ball bearings. My question is if so I live in Michigan where the average temperature is below freezing in winter what type of grease should I use?
