Summary: Lasonic is mediocre and a temporary solution to obtaining some channels
I just got the Lasonic ATSC (LTA-260)Digital to Analog Converter today and found that its ok. First of all, if you are planning on purchasing this as opposed to buying a new flat screen TV, then you MUST have the RCA cables. This was not mentioned on the description during my research prior to my decision to purchasing this item. SO I went out and bought the RCA cables, and still missing some channels that I was originally watching even without the converter. Although the picture clarity is better, the channels that I am dedicated to is missing. I've read reviews on several converter boxes on the government website [...] and researched for days...and found that altough many places accept the government coupon [...], they are still charging lots for digital converter boxes. The Tivax STB-T8 was voted the BEST out of all the other converter boxes, but is in backorder until April this year.

Summary: Great for the digital conversion
Easy to set it up, only had to buy rabbit ears. Great picture, picks up all the channels. No issues with this whatsoever. Pleased with purchase.
