DigiTV Digital Plasma and LCD TV Articulating Arm Tilting Wall Mount

The DigiTV wall mount certainly isn’t pretty to look at and doesn’t appear to be well made, however I have to say that looks are deceiving in this case. It is a sturdy little unit that gives me the ability to watch the TV from whichever couch I choose to relax on. With the way my house is designed, I can even aim it towards the kitchen.

I was a little disappointed to see the looks of the mount, but then again, I’m not interested in watching the stand. Once my new TV is on it, it will be the best looking wall mount I’ve seen. The instructions are average at best. They aren’t particularly well drawn and the text could use some work. The instructions are a bit vague, but they are detailed enough that you get the idea.

Hooking up the stand takes a bit of work. It takes a good hour or two to get everything together, but that is including finding the studs and looking everything over. DigiTV included screws for virtually any type of TV you would want to hook up. In some cases, however, you might need to get different washers or omit them all together.

This stand doesn’t sit nice and close to the wall, but I do get a lot of viewing angles from it. You might also want to adjust the hanging mechanism from the side to the center if the TV looks a little crooked. I really liked this product. It was a good price, not that hard to get on the wall, and it gives me all of the viewing angles I need to really watch my TV.
