If your plasma or LCD is a 720p or 1080i this is most definitely the cord for you especially when you consider the price difference. This cable doesn’t mention that it is certified HDMI 1.3, but that isn’t necessary. All cables will send the signal that is transmitted through it. This includes lossless audio. It is the chip in the back of your units. As long as you stay 10 feet or shorter, there should be no loss of signal, you’ll save money, and you’ll have a great quality picture.
