Panasonic Announces Its New Plasma Television Models

Panasonic used the Consumer Electronics Show to announce its new line up of televisions as well as a real crowd pleasing innovation.

Despite the great new line up that Panasonic has to offer, the company garnered most of its attention from the 150 inch plasma television it had on display at its booth at the Consumer Electronics Show. Can you imagine a television that is 150 inches big? That is well over twice the size of the largest televisions that are currently on the market. And, since it was a plasma television, you know the picture was beautiful and clear.

In addition to its shocker of a television, Panasonic also announced that it will be launching ten new plasma televisions. All of the new models will be Full HD 1080p, so you can be certain you will be getting the best resolution currently available. Each of the new televisions also features an increased contrast ratio, which should help to sharpen the images and create a more realistic picture.

All of the new televisions being offered by Panasonic will also be HDMI-CEC compliant through Viera Link and each is guaranteed to have longer lasting panels. The new, higher end models will also have 24p input as well as THX Certification. If you are looking to prepare for the future in technology, the extra money for these higher end models just might be worth paying.
