According to the manufacturer, in ClearStream2 "you can have range and power normally found in antennas up to 5 times the size in a compact form". Yeh, right. LOL. Nonsense aside, this antenna is pretty good for low-to-mid range reception. It is not very directional, the beamwidth is very wide (70 deg). This can be either an advantage or disadvantage, depending on your reception conditions.
